ive been single now for quite awhile, forgot how to date, low selfesteem, but getting better, anybody else have problem with opposite sex, feeling comfortable, ive got more girlfriends now that ive been sober for awhile, which is nice, how do i maybe go to next level of friendship

`you've just got to be yourself, if you have a girlfriend at the moment, than she has fallen for you by your first impression just keep up with it, don't try to be something your not.
if your single, don't use chat up lines on the ladies (its cheesy) once again be yourself start up a conversation with a randomer when your out, that way you'll find it much easier when chatting to someone you do fancy.
