Compassion in Recovery I'm a recovering alcoholic/addict whose been in "the program" for awhile. I'm looking for a sensitive and compassionate man in recovery that is willing to take the time to really get to know me and what I'm really all about. Someone who's looking for meaning and purpose in life as well as someone that wants a true friend first. I've had enough of the pretend and want someone who's real and says what they mean. Maybe that sounds like I'm asking alot, and I am. But I'm also willing to give alot. I have no desire to start a relationship unless I've really taken the time to get to know you (whoever you are). I'm looking for someone who is willing to be open and honest (not tell me all their dirty little secrets) about who they are, where they've been and what they want in a relationship. I'm not looking for perfection....I'm looking for someone who's willing to walk through the hard times, the good times, through tears and laughter and most of all...someone who knows what I'm talking about right now.
