capacitytoberomantic I am living in recovery from alcohol, and am an active member of A.A. My dating circle is non-existant as i avoid bars like the plague. I would very much like to date a woman who also lives in recovery, so we can understand each other and relate on very intimate levels. I don't believe in thirteenth stepping and would only consider dating a woman with more than one year in recovery. If you also attend meetings, then you know how difficult it can be to meet someone special in the rooms without jealous oldtimers trying to block or intervine, it can be frustrating at best.
