Recovery First!
Hey there. My name's Dan and I'm an addict. I know I need to put my recovery first, or the rest just won't work. I'm a positive, encouraging guy who works hard at all I attempt. I work to live, not the other way around! I've been fortunate enough to have a good education, am still physically able to do what I want, and mentally and emotionally stable enough to maintain a pretty good life. I like to laugh and have a good time-I love nature and the outdoors(God's stuff) music(I'm lucky enough to be musically inclined!) and pets(my dog Bugsy's my best friend(he doesn't call me on my s--- like my sponsor does!) I'm still pretty young at heart(or just immature!) and would like to meet a good girl who has her priorities straight. Age isn't that important, although I have a hard time relating to the younger generation. That being said, if you look at the types of people I'd be willing to get to know, it's obvious that I'm pretty openminded. It's not the physical, educational or financial I'm interested in-it's what's in your heart. I'm sort of a long-haired country boy living in the big city.
