AA First came to AA in 1984. i didnt take it seriously for 3 yrs then got sober for 15 yrs. Iam also mentally ill and was before AA came to light. Theres too much meds being given out to alcoholics because of push of drug companies. Mental illness crosses alcoholism with similar solutions on the alcoholic level.SO i want to meet other dual diagnosis who know how crazy it is for us sometimes in recovery.i stoopped my meds and relapsed. Iam back on meds and now have 8 yrs without a drink
