I have a wide variety of interests and I like learning new things. I like long conversations and good coffee. I am always involved in an art project whether drawing or working with some other media.
I am devoted to and close to my son who is about to graduate from college.
I spend little time watching TV unless it's a DVD. I am a total movie hound and like indie films as well as blockbusters.
Our home life has practically been a course in music appreciation since we've always listened to and appreciated lots of different music. I've been making an effort to simplify my life. I like to laugh and have fun like anyone else. But, it seems the world has gotten rather complicated so I realize there are going to be days when I don't have fun and I don't laugh. I'm content and accepting of this.
Although I've been accused of being a dumpster diver I do love upcycling and recycling. I am not a materialistic guy. So, I don't have all the toys that seem so popular. Just in case certain things are important to you, I don't have a Harley, or a boat, or a 4 wheeler, or skis, or a convertible.
I enjoy board games, walking my dogs nearly every day and weather permitting working on outside projects around the house.
