hello hi my name is Michelle. I am very grounded in my recovery. I am 44 years old. I am a nurse and ironically have worked for years in the field of detox, drug, alcohol and psychiatry. My addiction was activated later in life in my thirties. I am a very positve person, an optimist to the extreme. I am spiritual not religious. I have a very good relationship with my higher power whom i have no name for. All in All of All there is would be my closest desciption. many use God, but that can mean so many different things to different people. my focus is on my inner growth and developement. I love philosophy and have studied different religions. one of my favorite quotes is "The unexamined life is not worth living" (Socrates). i am sensitive and have a childs love of life. i love animals, i am altruistic. i am looking for a friendship 1st as i like to get to know someone before i become romantically involved. hope to hear from you!! p.s. did you hear about the terrible accident on the bus?? a man had his eye on a seat and a woman sat on it! i'm dorky too!
