Nice Guy in Recovery and want to share this journey I'm 26 years old and I've been looking for love in all the wrong places...Many girls I've dated either want me to be able to drink with them or can't except the fact that I have a problem with alcohol.....Almost everyone I know doesn't understand the extent of the problem because I'm so functional in everything else I do....I've made relationships work for years, I earned a college degree, climbed the career ladder and I've never missed a day of work and have plenty of friends and a good family. Despite all of these things that I'm grateful for I always feel like I'm missing companionship on the level and to the extent I want to give it.....I'm confident and have a good job.
